Brillos! eso es lo que domina la temporada de fiestas en Corea en esta ocasión. Se han fijado que casi todas las marcas sacaron sus versiones de sombras líquidas brillantes? Unas más, otras menos pigmentadas...pero es la esencia de estas últimas colecciones de fin de año.
Así que de eso será la reseña de hoy, de dos tonos de estas preciosas sombras líquidas de Touch in Sol...con swatches preciosos, y mi veredicto final.

Have you noticed that almost all the brands produced their versions of glitter liquid shadows? Some more, others less pigmented ... but it is the essence of these last end-of-the-year collections.
So that's what today's review will be, of two shades of these pretty liquid shadows of Touch in Sol... with precious swatches, and my final verdict.

Cómo usar

How to use
-Step 1: Apply the long-lasting, cream shadow to eye lids. (It stays put for hours and creates the perfect base for your glitter).
-Step 2: Turn up the intensity by patting Foil Finish Glitter on top of the Metallist Liquid.
Ambos tonos vienen en cajas con forma de rombo y con información necesaria en inglés y francés (si, rarísimo). Incluye lista de ingredientes, descripción y modo de uso. Además en la parte superior, el nombre y número del color vienen indicados. La caja muestra el color que contiene.
Los tubos con el producto tienen la fecha de vencimiento al costado (teniendo en cuenta que las sombras tienen una duración de 3 años una vez abiertas, la fecha dada coincide).
Los aplicadores son distintos, el del lado liquid (que es cremoso en realidad) tiene una punta tipo pie y de fieltro. El aplicador del lado de glitter es completamente plástico y flexible, con ambos lados planos.

Both colors come in long boxes with a diamond shape and with necessary information in English and French (yes, very rare). Includes list of ingredients, description and mode of use. Also at the top, the name and number of the color are indicated. The box shows the color it contains.
The tubes with the product have the expiration date on the side (taking into account that the shadows have a duration of 3 years once opened, the given date matches).

Si alguien me hubiera dicho de que iba a amar el glitter, lo habría mirado como el emoji del monóculo. Porque el glitter, y específicamente las sombras con glitter tienen varios defectos o provocan muchos contratiempos; ya sea la poca fijación, el que se vuelan por nada, terminan en todo el rostro, cuesta mucho quitar las partículas al desmaquillar o la pigmentación no pareja. Por eso, comodidad básicamente, el glitter no era mi favorito y por eso solía comprar sombras de ojos con acabado mate.
Pero Touch in sol realmente logró algo destacable: sombras líquidas con pigmentación altísima, fijación de la sombra líquida, y del glitter a la parte líquida.
Colores/Pigmentación: Elegí dos colores muy distintos entre sí. Eldora (inevitable acordarme de El Dorado, de EXO 😁) es un dorado cálido y Trudy, un azul con brillos morados. Eldora es el mejor de ambos, pigmenta de inmediato, se puede difuminar bien y el glitter se adhiere perfectamente sin despegarse de la sombra líquida. Usualmente lo he estado usando difuminando la parte líquida, ya que como podrán ver en los swatches que aplicándolo sin difuminar, es muy potente.
Sin embargo, Trudy, el tono que más quería que funcionara, no se comporta con la misma calidad que Eldora. Puede que sea un tema de pigmentación de tonos oscuros, pero al ser difuminado no se logra notar muy bien y se ve a parches. Lo mismo ocurre al aplicar el glitter.
Sin embargo, al hacer la prueba y combinar ambos colores, logran destacar.
Duración: Duran todo el día sin problemas, las he testeado sin primer para ojos y tras muchas horas (8 aprox.) se comienza a ver la típica línea de sebo en el párpado. Si usas primer la duración debería aumentar o no presentar ese problema.
Textura: La parte líquida en realidad es una crema de apariencia metálica. Es muy fácil de aplicar ya que una vez puesta en el párpado con el aplicador, se mezcla bien. La parte de glitter no es el típico glitter tosco y seco que vemos en cualquier sitio, sino una mezcla de glitter y shimmer que se siente húmedo al tacto, pigmenta y se adhiere.
Todo va bien hasta el momento, pero no son sombras perfectas.
Si bien el aplicador del lado líquido ayuda muchísimo a maquillar de modo parejo, el que viene en el lado glitter siento que me dificulta un poco el manejo. La paleta plástica logra extraer una buena cantidad del contenedor y ayudar a aplicarlo directamente al párpado, pero en el transporte, suelen caer varias partículas de glitter que se adhieren y pigmentan (si, el glitter pigmenta), que si ya maquillaste tu rostro, podrían complicarte un poco más la existencia y hacer que necesites una reaplicación de maquillaje.
Tan solo con eso, y el difuminado hay que tener cuidado. Las sombras líquidas secan pronto, lo suficiente para no quedar con el párpado pegado, ni para perder la adherencia que necesita el glitter.
En definitiva, son sombras que a pesar de su precio recomiendo totalmente, especialmente si tu maquillaje es más marcado, o eres una party girl (o trabajas maquillando novias, por ej). Yo, quedé feliz porque mi maquillaje de fin de año y fiestas brillarán como la calva del Rey Neptuno.

If someone had told me that I was going to love glitter in my eyes, I would have looked at it like the monocle emoji. Because glitter, and specifically the shadows with glitter have several defects or cause many setbacks; either the poor fixation, the one that fly for nothing, end up on the whole face, it costs a lot to remove the particles when removing make-up or not even pigmentation. That's why, basically comfort issues, the glitter was not my favorite and that's why I used to buy eye shadows with a matte finish.
But Touch in Sol really achieved something remarkable: liquid shadows with very high pigmentation, fixation of the liquid shadow, and glitter to the liquid part.
Colors / Pigmentation: I chose two very different colors from each other. Eldora (unavoidably remembering El Dorado, from EXO 😁) is a warm golden color and Trudy, a blue with purple glitters. Eldora is the best of both, it pigments immediately, it can blend well and the glitter adheres perfectly without detaching from the liquid shadow. Usually I have been using it to blur/blend the liquid part, since as you can see in the swatches that apply without blurring, it is very powerful.
However, Trudy, the tone that most wanted to work, doesn't behave with the same quality as Eldora. It may be a matter of pigmentation of dark tones, but when being blended it's not possible to notice the color very well and it's seen to patches. The same happens when applying the glitter.
However, by doing some test and combining both colors, they manage to stand out.

While the liquid side applicator helps a lot to make up evenly, the one that comes on the glitter side I feel that it makes it a bit difficult to handle. The plastic pallet manages to extract a good amount of the container and help to apply it directly to the eyelid, but in transport, several particles of glitter tend to fall, adhere and pigment (yes, the glitter pigments), which if you already makeup your face, could complicate a little more the existence and make you need a reapplication of face makeup.
Just with that, and the blending, you have to be careful. The liquid shadows dry soon, enough to not left the eyelid stuck, or to lose the adherence that the glitter needs.
tl;dr: they are shadows that despite its price I recommend totally, especially if your makeup is more bold, or you are a party girl (or you work doing make up for brides, for example). I am happy because my end of the year makeup and parties will shine like the baldness of King Neptune.

de eso, les quería contar que haré un cambio en el Blog, nada
visual...más que nada en cuanto a las reseñas o artículos. Este año me
